Job Identification

We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Tajikistan, Dushanbe.

What We Expect:

  • This position is responsible for implementing factory Environment, Occupational Health and Safety(HSE) policy by assessing HSE risks and providing technical solutions.
  • Examines working conditions at workplaces, prepares and submits proposals for the development and implementation of more advanced designs of fencing equipment, safety and interlocking devices, and other means of protection against harmful and harmful production factors
  • Participates in inspections, inspections of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery and mechanisms, the efficiency of ventilation systems, the state of sanitary facilities, sanitary facilities, collective and individual protection of workers, determining their compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts On occupational safety and health and in the detection of violations that pose a threat to the life and health of workers or can lead to an accident, takes measures to cease Operation of machines, equipment and production of work in shops, on sites, at workplaces;
  • Issuance to the head (employer), heads of structural units for execution of instructions on elimination of revealed violations in the field of safety, Rules and norms of labor safety
  • Removal from the work of persons who have violated the requirements of industrial safety rules and standards of safety;
  • Participation in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases and occupational poisonings, development of measures for their prevention and monitoring of their implementation;
  • Participates in the consideration of the issue of reimbursement by the employer of the harm caused to employees by an injury, occupational disease or other health damage related to the performance of their work duties.


  • Education: Higher education (engineer)
  • Knowledge and skills: Ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations, under the influence of stress and limiting factors;
  • Languages: Tajik , Russian and English, Turkish
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, SAP
