Research and consulting company M-Vector specializes in providing sociological and marketing research, public opinion polls, business consulting and management consulting for organizations and companies throughout Central Asia.

As part of our joint large project with one of the leaders of the tobacco industry in the world, we are looking for the Administrative Assistant.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Management support: assist the manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of tasks related to general issues of the organization

2. Organizing, purchasing and evaluating general affairs processes including general office supplies and stationaries

3. Managing and making procurement of assets, inventory, vehicle maintenance, etc., for employee`s equipment (uniforms, ID, welcome kit box etc.)

4. Organizing Deliver/receive post and courier

5. Assisting in corporate events

6. Ensuring maintenance and proper condition in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of the building in which the company's office premises are located, as well as monitoring the serviceability of equipment (lighting, heating systems, ventilation, etc.)

7. Managing the improvement work of the office territory, and also monitors the condition and timely repair of furniture

8. Participating in the development of plans for current and major repairs and the preparation of estimates of business expenses.

9. Working with external partners: interact with contractors, suppliers and other external organizations to ensure the smooth operation of the company

10. Resolving issues related to the acquisition and storage of office supplies, necessary household goods, equipment and inventory, provides structural divisions with them, and also keeps records of their expenditure and prepares established reports.

11. Controlling the rational use of materials and funds allocated for business purposes.

12. Register and control expenditures, related documents to general affairs in the system.

13. Ad hoc tasks from line manager.

Qualifications

Experience

- 3-5 years of work experience in related job

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- Ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines

Language

- Tajik, Russian and English (advanced)

Other Requirements

- Good communication and relationship with team members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic
