Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator Assistant, based in Kushoniyon, Khatlon Region, will play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of our refugee and vulnerable community integration projects. You will assist the Project Coordinator with administrative tasks, data management, program monitoring and reporting, and help ensure the smooth operation of our initiatives that bridge the gap between both communities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Coordinator with project planning, logistics, and budget management for refugee and vulnerable community integration initiatives in Kushoniyon town and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and communication materials that cater to both refugee and vulnerable community needs.
• Facilitate communication between project staff, refugees, vulnerable community members, and partner organizations in Kushoniyon.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops, training sessions, and other project activities that engage both refugees and vulnerable communities.
• Gather and analyze project data, assisting with the creation of reports and presentations that reflect progress in integrating both groups.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements within the Khatlon region.
• Assist with the development and distribution of culturally sensitive informational materials for refugees and vulnerable communities.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient project workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (International Relations, Social Work, Public Administration) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a non-profit or humanitarian setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including refugees and vulnerable communities.
• Proficiency in Tajik and English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
