The Management Development Institute of Singapore in Dushanbe announces the vacancy of the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
-Analyse the market landscape, target audience, and competitors. Monitor current trends in the higher education market in Tajikistan and the region.
-Identify new opportunities to expand sales channels and increase market share in the country.
-Create and implement processes and tools to enhance audience engagement and grow the customer base.
-Deliver compelling presentations about MDIS Dushanbes programmes and offerings to companies, government agencies, schools, and language centers.
-Actively participate in and organise roadshows, education fairs, and exhibitions to promote MDIS Dushanbe.
-Provide professional consultations to prospective students and clients about our educational programmes.
-Analyse sales performance, generate reports, and offer recommendations for improvement.
-Monitor and ensure timely payment under student contracts.
Our Requirements:
-A higher education degree in Marketing, Sales.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Russian, Tajik, and English.
-Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and business acumen.
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to confidently and effectively present products to potential clients.
-Skilled at handling objections and resolving client concerns.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Willingness to travel domestically for business purposes.
-Proficiency in basic computer programs, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
