Area AI, the national AI park of Tajikistan, is looking for an ambitious, organized, and impact-driven Project Manager to join our core team. You'll play a key role in driving some of the regions most strategic AI projects forward from infrastructure to R&D and startup acceleration. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, moves fast, and knows how to get things done. Youll work side-by-side with our co-project manager, leadership team, and partners across government, academia, and the private sector.

Were looking for a strong executor, who brings rigor, structure, and leadership to fast-moving projects. Youll be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering key AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and keeping projects on time and on budget.

You love working at the intersection of technology, government, and innovation, and know how to navigate complex ecosystems. Youll work closely with our co-project manager and leadership team to drive delivery at the highest standard.

What youll do:

• Build and oversee project plans, milestones, KPIs, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between teams, partners, and government bodies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans when needed.
• Ensure transparent communication of project status and risks.
• Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions.
• Lead and mentor the project team across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with the national AI roadmap and reporting to leadership.
