We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to be part of our Supply Chain team located in CCI Tajikistan, Dushanbe city (temporary position)
What we expect
Mission of this role is to implement procurement activities at Country procurement for Direct /indirect/Operational categories to ensure lowest cost with highest quality and on time supply to support sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI Vision.
1. Executing and Governing complete P2P Process at agreed prices for the set suppliers related to the categories managed by the group office or central procurement.
2. Following up the operational process, tracking the delivery of POs, tracking the goods receipt and invoice receipt.
3. Conducting supplier research, obtaining quotes, providing samples, creating orders in SAP, and performing purchases in order to purchase sales center/plant needs for designated spend category.
4. Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Finance/Business Administration)
- English level upper-intermediate
- Experience min 1-2 years in procurement
- Multitasking, stress resistant, analytical skills, commodity knowledge
